The move went well, but at the moment we have no telephone line, so no internet access. Hopefully that will be put right later this week.

We've got the west wing of the new place sorted out, but the east wing is still a bit of a mess. Pretty much the first thing I did on moving in was set up my stereo, but we've been so busy that I haven't had time to sit down and listen to anything. Hopefully that will be put right later this week too.

:D I hope Jane never sees that. She's decided that our kitchen is going to have a red theme.

red for kitchens hmmm. well it could look amazing and i am sure it will be nice whatever.

having just one wall with a colour can make all the difference to room i think without it dominating the room completely. a really nice pale blue and white go together well.

Welcome back Sonicl. I painted my kitchen wine red (bordeaux) in our new home. Good choice. Gives a nice warm feeling.

I think our plan is to have the walls and stuff in the kitchen white, but to have red accessories. At the moment we're too busy unpacking boxes to plan anything more than that.

Photos will follow eventually, but I haven't unpacked the box that contains my camera yet.
