I think I might've contributed to this thread back when I was still in my teens. But yeah, these days I agree that it is very cringey. I wouldn't be sad if it faded into oblivion either. I have no doubt that a good amount of the posters have a sincere admiration for the work and effort of those musicians, but in the end there always remains a strong gazy connotation to this thread. And that's quite uncomfortable.

cantankerous, as the name indicates, was actually a 70-year old man with too much knowledge of the rolling stones to be who she claimed to be.
