That RevCo "Drop Your Britches Mix" and the Thrill Kill Kult's "A Daisy Chain For Satan" were my faves to go crazy to at #'s!

Ahh KCRW, LA's last vestige of quality and somewhat independent radio, plus KCRW throws some of the best gigs in LA continually.. I remember when KPFK was briefly on top in regards to promoters but KCRW has been consistent like the tortoise and the hare.. |

this is my new favorite artist. Mixes vocaloid with noise n stuff....really neat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4HZese8wXg |
how awesome is that okkyung lee record? even better than her collab with peter evans and evan parker. wake up awesome is really doing it for me at the moment.
always forget how good this album is. |

went into a record store today, cashed up, lil drunk/stoned, overheated, paid fucking $80 bucks for this mofo. could honestly argue that if you culled twisted road and the phased mix of the title track this would be neil's best album, up there with on the beach, everybody knows..., zuma et al. fucking hell, the three longuns are glorious. the way they amble ostensibly infinitely, pure stasis but somehow remaining interesting, that's kooky. guitar at its best. |

Hell yes it is. So boss that it makes me wish for a Nick Cave album featuring the Lips as a backing band. One of the most interesting songs they've ever done, and Wayne's nowhere to be heard. |
