hat and bread 09.14.2008 11:04 PM

Tony Conrad and Keiji Haino on Wednesday if I'm feeling up for making the trip to the big city and back on a school night. If not Amplify Fest next weekend with Keith Rowe and Sachiko M and all those Erstwhiley types. Should be a gas either way.

Savage Clone 09.14.2008 11:13 PM

I took a couple of days off work and drove seven hours to see Haino this past Wednesday.

He didn't make it into the USA, apparently. I found out 30 minutes before arriving at the club.

Not a total loss though; Paul Metzger's set was great and he went down well with the still-sizable audience.

hat and bread 09.14.2008 11:29 PM

Yikes. I only have to drive 3 hours.
I guess I'll suck it up and go burst an ear drum for you.
