Bullshit? Well, if my constant transubstatiating the intrapenetrations of the intervallic operations of a medium cursed by non-placid longditudinal planes of dis-invention constitutes 'bullshit' to you, then I guess you must be right.

Savage Clone 05.08.2006 10:26 AM

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Glice again.

4. if its is the low-down,beat your head with stick of love then i buy the vinyl

yeah, pretty much that's my process.

but not everything is released or was released on vinyl, so i research first and if there's no vinyl available, i buy the cd.

also, if i'm truly in love with a band or an album, i try to be it in every format i can find it, even though that works better in theory than in practice.

You win.

Glice 05.08.2006 10:32 AM

YAY!

Do I get a pen?

RdTv 05.08.2006 10:32 AM

What can you say to that truncated? I mean its possible to have some minuscule effort of retailiation, but, the point has been made. Kudos to you for the grand yield, if it were me I would have more than likely chosen the same path.

truncated 05.08.2006 10:33 AM

No need to rub salt in my wounds.

*Edit: That's in reference to the pen remark. As far as losing graciously, I am so rarely bested that I have no qualms about enduring such in a diplomatic fashion.

I think I'd like CDs a lot more if they went to the old CD-Rom concept of having it in a hard floppy-disk like case that gets open when you put it into the player. That way, you wouldn't have to worry so much about the other assholes in your house that stack CDs and don't put them back away in there case or there wallet and get them scratched.

My sincere apologies, I didnt mean to offend or come across that way. I basically was stating that I concurred.

Such a great post, do you want positive rep or negative rep for that? I wouldn't want to spoil your reputation if you held it dearly.

One of the main reason why I switched to vinyl a ways back, that and the whole aesthetic of a record both visually and aurally.

I wouldn't normally solicit for reputation, but I'm at -99,728, so hit me up with some green if you feel so inclined.

I do hope I don't have to dock you for not knowing I'm fucking with you.

SpectralJulianIsNotDead 05.08.2006 11:01 AM

Apparently I gave it to you recently, I gotta spread it around.

RdTv 05.08.2006 11:01 AM

thats what my post was referring to......

val-holla-ing 05.08.2006 01:45 PM

sometimes, especially with more obscure and experimental artists, i just like to pick up things on a whim, without hearing any of it or reading any reviews. it's a fun little game to play...until you waste $20 on a cd of some dude belching into a microphone for 30 minutes.
