Your Ministry of Defence in Music

Mine is Diamanda Galas because I think she would still be able to slap her enemies in the face if under strict orders in her old age, or if she was caught in a fit of hysterics. She'd also make sure that the smart bombs are used well via her smartphone, I think. Yours?
