As you know from listening, greenlight, they've been varying it up by peppering all sorts selections into their repertoire. I think they last did Silver Rocket at Mr. Small's Funhouse Theater in Millvale, PA, back in August.

Yep. I've been staring at bootleg covers for hours haha.

They did Making the Nature Scene at ATP '03 and at the Le Mouv Session last April. Shaking Hell, or course, regularly makes setlists as an encore. They still do Pattern Recognition and PCH every now and then.

They did Catholic Block and Schizophrenia each a couple of times when they were last in Australia.

Candle and/or Teen Age Riot has been played a few times recently, as has Skip Tracer, Mote, 100%, Tom Violence and Expressway.

Bal 02.25.2007 06:08 PM

ah silver rocket!
man.
whats tom?

Danny Himself 02.25.2007 06:11 PM

tom violence

Bal 02.25.2007 06:12 PM

ah isit?
but there are no guitars or anything listed..

Danny Himself 02.25.2007 06:15 PM

I think they use the same guitars from 100%.

Then again, 100% is in F#F#F#F#EB tuning and Tom Violence is in F#F#GGAA.... hmmmm...

crappydrummer 02.25.2007 06:30 PM

i think that 100% can sound like 100% in tunings different from the album version, but i don't know whether they have used different tunings for this song in the past.

Danny Himself 02.25.2007 06:32 PM

They used the F#F#F#F#EB guitars though, according to the setlist gtr thing.

i owe you my full report, i'm not in good shape at all, i barely had any sleep; needless to say, it was one of the happiest nights of my life.

i will say, though, that they didn't play skip tracer, i think thurston forgot how to play it or his guitar wasn't working, so instead they played mote for like 15 minutes...sorry, 15 glorious minutes.

(ED: see what i'm talking about? i had to almost edit my whole post for it to make any sense)

Bal 02.25.2007 07:22 PM

wheres that video of them trying to find out how to play 100percent at last years atp's backstage?
it was up on youtube but i cant find it.

Dead-Air 02.25.2007 08:56 PM

That's one hell of a cool setlist. It always seems to pay to see them once their new record has been out a while, since they tend to go back to a lot more older stuff. Still, no "Or" is a bummer, that's by far my favorite song off the new record.

lisayoung 02.25.2007 09:18 PM

its great to see you all enjoyed the show and they performed so many classic old songs.
hope to see them live soon in china
cheers!

Anyone have any idea what the setlist was for the first Mexico show?

Thanks for the reviews for the other one though, everyone!
