Featuring 32 music tracks (some issued here for the first time) plus 32 edited spoken word tracks, the compilation provides the listener with an almost theatrical presentation spanning 30 year’s work by one of the most controversial and visionary artists ever to emerge from the New York Underground. I don't know where is sy on it.

Could this be appearances by members of SY rather than an actual SY appearance? Is there any Harry Crews stuff on it, or anything off the album she did that Thurston was involved in?
