Sorry i've not started a thread for ages and this is the best i could come up with, just made a green tea and really like this aroma.

Freshly baked bread.

There's a tyre factory close to me that everyone complains about the smell of but which I quite like.

That woody smell of an entire forest that has just been in a downpour.

Bioparox, the stuff my girlfriend inhales. The smell is just incredible.
