Good album, though I still place very little value on gucci as a rapper

Oh hell yeah! It's amazing. One of the best on the album. Vaudeville Villain is one of the best tracks too. That Rob Reiner line just slays me. Among Doom's best. My 'absolute top teir Doom' list (which means like BEST HIP-HOP EVER!!!11) is Op Doomsday, King Geedorah, KMD's Black Bastards, Madvillainy, and this, roughly in that order.

It is amazing, but the first two classics that have Doom on the boards as well as the mic (Op and King that is) will always have a special place in my heart because his beats are just so fucking special.

lord knows how many times i've watched that video and thought about quitting guitar altogether. :7(

When it comes to that style of guitar, I get your point. I mean, although it shouldn't be, it just is somehow disheartening to realise that no matter how good you are, and how many advancements you make in the style, while you may make good or great music (R.I.P. Jack Rose), someone else has simply done a similar thing infinitely better. It's like me with when I play impressionistic spacey jazz improvs on the piano while knowing that this exists. Sometimes I envy those people who make music in more of a vacuum...
