^ This album was so poorly received by fans, and critics, that Manson has actually apologized for it. FUCK THAT. This is an awesome modern goth record! Manson is significantly less political, and more emotional during his transition from Dita Von Teese to Evan Rachel Wood. A very personal release that is clearly more Brian Warner than Marilyn Manson. You definitely need to be a fan of his often off-key crooning to appreciate this one though.

yeah i have to say it's really nice.
it's back to the first SYRs in spirit.
I would not be surprised to find some of these motifs/gimmicks/melodies on the next regular LP (just like SYR2 for ATL).
