Had his fingers chewed off by an otter. I think that's what killed him. But I can't be sure of that.

Apparently he was only 65, judging by how he looked in the 80s I would have thought he was a lot older than that

yeh its pretty sad, i always thought he seemed like a decent fella. may he be dining on otter in heaven.
