Also, does anybody fuck with Dopplegangaz? I've been listening to their 2013 album Hark pretty constantly, and I'm impressed. It's pretty fucking incredible, and I can't believe I missed the album last year.

I've also been giving Has-Lo's remix album, Conversation B, a lot of play lately. I'm starting to become interested in these MelloMusicGroup affiliated artists, even though they're a little overly PC in their approach.

so Tha Carter 5 is coming out 5.5.2014. there's still a long time to go, but i'm already excited.

first of all, Pharrell just announced a new solo album "GIRL", coming out March 3 (which is exactly two weeks from now).

WOW. i always knew this guy will make it big one day.

Picked this up yesterday immediately after realizing it existed.

It's funny- I don't actually think this is hip hop. This is dub/dance shit... without a hip-hop beat, the actual rapping on the record has a different feel entirely. It's interesting, though, and I plan to listen to it relentlessly until it becomes less of an enigma.

For a 2xCD release that I purchased "new" (Used section, but still shrink-wrapped) for a whopping $5.99, it's certainly nothing to sneeze at. Even if I end up hating it.

All great albums, but all so obviously great that nobody ever needs to say they're great again (except those from the past 7-10 yrs).

Man. Great, yeah, but fucking boring.
