I am being constructive... 128k/bit is a slap in the face of sonic youth, the engineer who recorded the album, and all sonic youth fans who aren't trapped in 1999.

All truth goes through three phases. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self evident.

I call bullshit on this. If you feel that a 128k stream will effect your opinion/enjoyment of the album then don't listen. June 9th will be here soon enough.

I think truncuated neg-repped him/her a bunch since it was his/her alter ego and he always enjoyed being neg-repped but at some point he became positive repped and created an alter ego to be the new neg-rep king/queen of the board so he neg-repped her a bunch. Something like that.

so, from what I gather from these vague and un-informative posts is, someone feels cheated because a FREE advance stream of sonic yotuh's new album is at a bitrate that is not to their liking? wow!
