Do you have Cam'ron's PURPLE HAZE? Freaking amazing record.

I do, it's my favorite solo album by any of the Dipset members. Even though
"Girls" is one of the worst beats I've ever heard. He's due to drop a new one
next year.

Yeah PURP HAZE is definitely the best solo release from any of them. It's just so crazy.

Surprisingly Jim Jones' HARLEM'S AMERICAN GANGSTER is my fav new Dipset solo album in a while. Though his new major label album with Byrdgang is terrible.

Juelz Santana released a mixtape recently with his new "crew". Ugh. I
agree with you on the Jones record, though. I didn't expect to like it as much
as I did.

Is Juelz new crew the Skull Gang? haha. They're getting out of hand with these extended fam crews.

I must say though, Juelz' verse on CARTER III is pretty incredible.

I kinda want Duke Da God's new HARLEM CLASSICS... looks good.

Yeah, Skull Gang. I downloaded the mixtape and everybody sounds the
same except for Juelz, and he's not exactly on a high level on it. The beats
are also trash. I thought at least it would have a couple memorable songs. Ay!

Yeah... I find a lot of the Dipset mixtapes are overkill. Their albums will be like 14 tracks, 18 tracks, y'know something you can handle. But then the mixtapes are like 36 tracks, so even the songs I like I end up forgetting about.

MORE THAN MUSIC VOL 1 is really good. I kind of forgot how good. Listened to it this morning.

ive mentioned on all the hip hop threads that cam'ron-purple haze is one one of the best hip hop albums ever recorded, "family ties", so dope.

PURPLE HAZE is really incredible. It's one of those albums that really creates its own world.
