Nurse tour

I love Sonic Nurse. Love it, love it, love it. One of my favorite SY records, without a doubt. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to see the Nurse tour back in '04; I've heard it was absolutely fantastic. Can you guys recommend any particular bootlegs of shows you might have seen or listened to?

2004.07.30, various sources, one of them is good and my favorite show from that tour - cant remember, which source it was. maybe this:

I would have to say that the small time they were on with Jim O'Rourke inMarley Park on that Nurse tour was one of the best shows I have ever seen in so far as a band just jamming together goes- it was so cool and absolutel magic.

right, i'm naive. how does that lossles thing work?
I've tried clicking on individual tracks, different 'directories' and nothin happens. How do i download an entire concert? sorry for being a dumbass

BubbleBill 09.06.2009 11:30 AM

right click->save target as... flac player of choice to listen (vlc player works too), flac frontend to convert tracks to wav and burn them on "regular" audio cds if you want to. Easy as hell.

cheers dude

*edit*
sorry, right click on the "parent directory" for the whole gig?

well, if you dont have a download helper or something, i guess you'll have to download the individual files.

VLC Player plays flac and everything else in this world, and it can do many more things you wouldnt imagine. so, youll have to get it anyway (and its free)

nero burns flac directly to disc, so you wont have to convert them. and so does toast on mac, and in in the meanwhile probably all other burning programs, since flac step by step becomes the standard form for online-shops.

edit:

most of you know already, but nevertheless i feel forced to say it: ALL the open source, free software is way better than any microsoft-pay-thing, so always use VLC, Firefox, OpenOffice etc. - nothing on my PC costs anything (despite of some professional layout tools i need for work) - and i dont mean its illegal. If you know a little about these things, you'll find out that microsoft sometimes evan takes open source software itself, corrupts it so it will only work with other microsoft products, and then sells it to you. i dont need to pay for making things worse.
