I like Warren. I like Beto.

Both seem intelligent, heartfelt, and they are not racist, vindictive, evil, ignorant, fat fucks.

(We can do this all day.)

Possibly......hopefully!

The audio I’ve heard this morning is overwhelming, let the lawsuits reveal the truth.

Robert, did you notice everyone failed to mention Bruce Ohr’s Testimony that was released last week:

“Everybody knew. Everybody of consequence at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Justice Department understood fully in the middle of 2016—as the FBI embarked on its counterintelligence probe of Donald Trump—that it was doing so based on disinformation provided by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”

It gets soooo much better:

“Mr. Ohr testified that he sat down with dossier author Christopher Steele on July 30, 2016, and received salacious information the opposition researcher had compiled on Mr. Trump. Mr. Ohr immediately took that to the FBI’s then-Deputy Director Andy McCabe and lawyer Lisa Page. In August he took it to Peter Strzok, the bureau’s lead investigator. In the same month, Mr. Ohr believes, he briefed senior personnel in the Justice Department’s criminal division: Deputy Assistant Attorney General Bruce Swartz, lawyer Zainab Ahmad and fraud unit head Andrew Weissman. The last two now work for special counsel Robert Mueller..”

Last but not least:

“A January 2017 memo from Adam Schiff, the House Intelligence Committee’s top Democrat, flatly (and incorrectly) insisted “the FBI’s closely-held investigative team only received Steele’s reporting in mid-September.”

Adam Schiff went before the court to petition for FISA warrants:

Conspiring to lie to a Judge and presenting false evidence is AGAINST THE LAW!!!

Please excuse me while I repeat something I bolded above:

The last two now work for special counsel Robert Mueller..

I’ve mentioned “fruit of the poisonous tree” before......if lawyer Zainab Ahmad and fraud unit head Andrew Weissman played a part in defrauding the court that produced warrants that led to the Muller investigation, even if Muller has something......anything......he wouldn’t be able to use it in court.

I understand this is a lot of truth to digest, I hope some of you have enough moral integrity to see it. Please note I used the WSJ article as I didn’t want to hear any -bla bla bla’s- from the peanut gallery.

The most truthful thing of all......all of this was happening while Barack Hussein Obama was our President!!!

I'm not getting into the weeds, but I'll say this:

I don't know much about James Comey. Maybe he's evil and corrupt.

I don't see how this makes Trump any less evil and corrupt.

There can be two bad people in the world.

And really, HYPOTHETICALLY, if Mueller's team were able to draw a strong line between Trump and Russia, you'd shrug it off because the initial FBI investigation was tainted? Really?

If poisoned fruit falls from a poisoned tree, you're just going to ignore that? You'll just exclaim "My side won!" and leave it at that? If so, then this is just a game to you and you don't really care.

Bytor Peltor 01.22.2019 02:43 PM

Are you truly this naïve?

I’m referring to our democracy, our rules and laws in which we are governed.

TRUE, our laws state it’s better for a murder to be set free rather than convicting that person on evidence that was illegally obtained......its what our court system and country were founded on!

When those in charge of upholding our laws are found to be breaking them for personal gain, or in this case, to do everything possible to influence the outcome of our election—-YES—-this is a horrible abuse of their position and a travesty of our laws!

In my opinion, the leaders of the FBI and DOJ (and possibly the White House) breaking our laws to influence our election is a far greater travesty than anything Russia might have done to influence the same election.

As I said back in April, I don’t see where collusion is a crime. Guess what, it doesn’t matter what I think, I’m just showing I’ve held to the same narrative all along.

What does matter is no connection between Russia and Trump has been established and nothing has been proven. I realize many of you are holding out hope that Muller’s Investigation will produce something.

I’m eagerly waiting, too!

It’s foolish to think or assume this is about a side/team winning.

Maybe. Doubt it though.

No evidence of influencing.

If anything, FBI tilted the scale in favor of Trump.

Comey sunk Hillary a few days before the election. Remember? All the investigation into Trump was kept quiet.

Mueller has found a number of people who have broken them.

I assume you'll be sending him a letter of thanks.

yep!

let’s see you take a knee against police brutality

and yes, collusion is by definition criminal

otherwise it’s just cooperation

Skuj 01.22.2019 04:27 PM

Are we still doing the "what's wrong with collision anyway?" thing, around and around in circles, ad naseum? It doesn't even matter if I paste the Oxford Dictionary definition here?

Are some people actually listening to what that formerly respected and now utterly failed man Giuliani spews?

Christie is coming out with a new book called "Let Me Finish". Love him or hate him, he is no dummy. An excerpt describes how Trump has surrounded himself with "riff raff".

Trump and Giuliani were meant for each other. I actually love it when Giuliani goes on CNN or Fox now, because he puts his foot in his mouth just about every single time.

Skuj 01.22.2019 05:19 PM

Ah what the hell. I know certain individuals will ask "what's wrong with collision anyway?" in about 10 posts from now, but I'm feeling a bit bored today:

From The Oxford Dictionary:

collusion

noun

Secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy in order to deceive others.
‘the armed forces were working in collusion with drug traffickers’

From Under The Radar:

Robyn Hitchcock on Democratic Socialism, Kanye West and Trump (and more)

Quote:

What are your thoughts on how the U.S. midterm elections have played out? What do you think the results mean for the Democrats' chances of taking back the White House in 2020?

Let's hope, let's pray, let's envisage that the Democrats take the White House back and keep it forever. Trump will crumble eventually, but what he represents will be harder to purge. If the Democrats pick a cartoon character, Americans will find them easier to identify with than a candidate with a complex message.

Despite compelling testimony from Christine Blasey Ford and sexual assault allegations from other women, Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in a Supreme Court Justice and many Republican women didn't believe Ford's story. What does this tell you about the general state of the #MeToo movement in 2018?

"Republican" and "women," funny to hear those words still together. Not even funny really...

Are you less of a fan of Kanye West now that he's visited the White House and has in other ways supported President Trump?

A biopsy may reveal that they have a similar cell-structure. There are creatures out there that we just don't understand. Sometimes they appear in the mirror, enlarged.

Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit tragically took his own life this year. What should be done to improve mental health conditions for musicians?

Free and comprehensive medical and psychological healthcare would be a good start.

In 2018 there were more dire predictions about climate change and we witnessed some of its likely effects firsthand with various deadly storms and forest fires. What should touring musicians be doing to better offset their carbon footprint? How bad do you think it needs to get for governments and corporations to take stronger actions to fight climate change?

Children can see it already. For the adult powers that be, it will take the drowning of New York or San Francisco—any metropolis with a wealthy, white population—to make them change their tack. I hope I'm wrong.

[...]

In the Trump era do you feel that it's a responsibility to make political music and/or speak out about political issues or do you think it's better to provide your listeners an escape from the never-ending bad news feed?

It's our responsibility, unless we're indifferent to the fate of the Earth and everything that lives on it. But you gotta give the bad news plenty of breaks, or nobody will watch your channel.

With the success of candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, on top of Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential run, do you think that Democratic Socialism has a real future in America or do you think it will never be embraced by the mainstream electorate?

Fuck, I hope so. Reagan was a Democratic Socialist compared to this bunch.

Even if Trump were squeaky clean (lol), the fact he's surrounded himself with such characters is surely a major red flag on the guy's ability to be President... he seems to be completely incapable of assessing the motivations of those around him.

‘This is your fault’: GOP senators clash over shutdown inside private luncheon

Republican senators clashed with one another and confronted Vice President Pence inside a private luncheon on Thursday, as anger hit a boiling point over the longest government shutdown in history.

“This is your fault,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) at one point, according to two Republicans who attended the lunch and witnessed the exchange.

“Are you suggesting I’m enjoying this?” McConnell snapped back, according to the people who attended the lunch.

Johnson spokesman Ben Voelkel confirmed the confrontation. He said Johnson was expressing frustration with the day’s proceedings — votes on dueling plans to reopen the government, both of which failed to advance..
