Really weird version of SYR3

Just noticed this in discogs:

Have somebody some information about this for example when it´s made?

It's a one-off "artpiece" made by gluing a copy of SYR3 onto a Kommissar Hjuler LP.
The same label has done this with plenty of other releases: http://www.discogs.com/label/906152-puglue

Ok, thanx for info! It´s possible that SYR3 is also from this year, because all the ones that has year is from 2015. I think this is quite funny! "Puglue" : )
