ha ha I loled coz the first thing that comes up googling "sonic youth midi" is this thread.

why on earth would you want SY midis?

I actually really like MIDI's. I was thinking of starting a MIDI black metal band but some dude beat me to it and is really fucking good. Can't remember the name but this guy wrote an hour long black (with power metal influences) metal song, in MIDI form, and it's some of the best music I've ever heard.
