Romeo and Juliet was comically bad... I mean you could see what they were going for... but boy did they fail.

That explains why I laugh the entire time every time I've watched it. It is one of the most unnatural movies ever.

Canal (or Kanal, if you prefer, made in 1956), the second of Andrzej Wajda's trilogy of war adaptations. It's about the Warsaw Uprising. Superb.

holy shit! fucking HILARIOUS!! i love that movie.

I found a really poorly dubbed English Language version on DVD- probably as good as it's going to get. I really liked it but it was hard to keep up with sometimes, it had so much going on. The art direction was stunning though, and I love Dominique Pinon.

There were more movies that I've watched the past couple days, but once again, I don't fucking remember.

I really liked this movie :)

It had been a few years.
I forgot how much of a downer this movie is.
