dudes may be into the recent surge in smegma activity, new lp/cd called "33 1/3" out on important records. "the smell remains the same" lp out soon on anarchymoon + ive heard rumors of hanson reissuing "smell the remains". "pigs for lepers" and "nattering naybombs of negativity" (which includes the "morass" cassette) have both been reissued on cd by harbinger sound, with more lined up i think. i am likely forgetting some things aswell... bunch of collabs also, cd with jazzkammer, lp with metalux and carlos giffoni, and one other with a huge lineup of jammers. was gonna mention something else but my stoned mind forget.

anyone gots early smegma vhs tapes or cassettes, i want em!

Smegma is wonderful. I only have a few things by them but they're all good.

yah, i preordered it also. i know the guy that runs anarchymoon, he lives in portland but apparently is looking for a new place to live and some other personal issues that delayed it. i think the record is slated for release this month, as opposed to last month as originally planned. he goes on tour in late october for a decent amount of time, so before then i imagine.

yeah hopefully, can't wait.

yes, we're talking about the same thing, although now i'm confused because i thought it was a compilation of their singles and the smell remains the same is like a sequel to smell the remains.

smell the remains is a compilation of their early singles. it is pretty hard to find, although I think I heard somewhere that Hanson will be reissuing it?! I used to have it on my computer some time ago and thought it was good... actually the first time I heard Smegma was the legendary YOUSENDIT threads on this very board like 4 years ago. Thanks for warping my mind guys

me too! but it was glamour girl and i didn't really liked it. then i got nattering naybobs, don't remember if through soulseek or another yousendit thread/yahoo group and finally saw the light of the genius.
