HOORAY!

It is the anniversary of the S.S Beat Control's manufacture. I had a dream about Steve last night, it was weird. He was grating cheese in the kitchen and I said "put down that cheese grater and give me a hug", and then we both laughed and smoked cigars.

IN ATL on June 23 of 2000 I was backstage at the Tabernacle. Steve was getting his cake and presents, this is when SY was on tour with Stereolab, I was there to i-view TM and I had made a simple b-day card for Steve. I just signed it with my first name and when he read it and laughed I think he thought it was from one of the dudes in Stereolab as we share a name. It seemed lame to say "ahem that's from me dude" so I just let it slide. Irregardless HAPPY HARDCORE bIRthday Steve / 2007

On this fantastic day, our minds may wander away from serious issues. Please remember, kids;

do you think thurston's incarceration is putting a damper on steve's
magnum-certified born day celebration? HMMM. i don't think beat patrol
could ask for a better present than the freedom of thurston moore.

Well the problem is raising awareness of t-bone's incarceration. The events leading up to his eventual arrest and sentencing have remained mostly unknown to the public and even close friends of the band. If nobody knows he's in jail it's hard to free him.

Is Steve himself aware of said incarceration?
