Help me identify this album?

I was reading a review for the Dead C's Harsh 70's reality and author referred to two albums that had slightly informed it; Royal Trux's Twin Infinitives and an album titled Lake. I'm interested in hearing this album but as he doesn't mention the artist who released it i'm struggling to track it down. The album was released before 1992. Any help would be appreciated.

phenomenal album, richard youngs is an absolute god. I prefer it to twin infinitives, but don't think it's quite as good as harsh 70s reality, which is an absolutely fucking perfect slab of pure filth.
