Sonic Youth Gossip - Nardwar fans trashing SY

Hey everyone, I haven't visited this forum since 2009. So things have changed a bit in here since then. I hope I'm not going about this in a way it is no longer acceptable... Anyway, I have remained a SY fan and so I visit SY videos on YouTube somewhat regularly. I have noticed recently there is an increasing legion of Nardwar fans entering the comment section of such videos and giving SY shit for how they treated their hero the first time around he interviewed them. Hell, I've even been told to take the dark triad for insinuating the whole episode was just them goofing around with what, at that time, was an unknown and very annoying interviewer. Apparently Nardwar has expanded his viewership quite significantly and I wonder if all this is a targeted campaign - agenda kinda thing. Anyway, did anybody else notice this trend and/or would care to comment?
