Angels and Demons. almost done. still haven't seen the movie. they're never as good as the book, so fuck it.

something Neil Gaiman next, or I Am Legend if I'm feeling spunky.

not that different, the book just tells when and how the gangs landed here and what the've done. sadly no reindeer shooting. drugs, violence and drugs. same shit.

Just finished The Knife Doctor by Wendy Moore. This is a must for anyone interested in the medical field or digs bloodletting and bodysnatching. It's a true story, brilliantly written.

the lesser key of solomon, and catcher in the rye in my lunch hour... can't seem to stick to one book at a time!

i dont like new books they have to be pretty battered to feel right, and the lesser key of solomon and a lot of other books i want to read i have all as e-books which is even more upsetting i almost dont feel like reading them unless i can find a beaten up copy in some surprise bookshop___

Dispatches! Yeah. Great book.

That's a pretty heavy duty reading list there, partner.

Imaginations is some strangeness, but I still go to it now and then.

Alex's Trip 08.21.2009 07:37 PM

Yeah, it seems a little overwhelming, but at least it isn't a list of books I have no interest in...

gmku 08.21.2009 07:38 PM

Yeah, that's a good list. Has several I haven't gotten to.

I'm gonna start breakfast of champions next. I've read about 5 Vonnegut books this summer and they've all been enjoyable to read so looking forward to it. Slaughter House 5 was my favorite.
