Saw them at the Roxy in Hollywood a few weeks ago, and they brought back Repulsion and Severed Lips at that show (I heard them soundchecking Repulsion for half an hour a few hours before the show at the bar next door), along with Bulbs of Passion and Gargoyle.

Just an absolutely amazing show. Really excited for these six shows, hopefully they all get taped.

Damn. Ever occur to anyone that throwbacks to the 90s now are equivalent to what throwbacks to the 70s were back in the 90s? So the 70s are essentially the 50s now. I mean Stooges/VU et al are equivalent to teddyboy rock'n'roll at this point.

i think that article is wrong about playing first six records. dino jr website says all 6 nights they play the first record then after that other songs

Maybe. I had read on other sites that they would play Dinosaur, then Yr Living, then Bug, then Green Mind, etc.etc.

Either way, that would be cool as fuck....

I forgot to mention Kim was actually at the LA show, I later found out. So it seems like her and J keep in the most contact. Maybe she'll be the member to perform with them?

IMO that 1st album s/t to me is really a tough one to endure as a whole, it has a few good songs and a bunch of really not so good ones.

So Lee, Kim, Kevin Shields, and a bunch of others have guested with them this week. Good for them.
