on Marcus Garvey too which the teacher, who made us turn in rough drafts which is silly, its a university, we know how to write... anyways, so I get back my rough draft from my 6500 word paper and it is entirely covered in red ink, for no real reasons, with no real constructive criticism to speak of. in fact, i dont even think she actually read the shit. so there went my weekend....

sorry about the disappointment man but some times shit gets tough. the going to school is for learning, if you know all you dont need it. so hm learn to write the way they ask i guess-- yes it sucks & it's boring but it's as much a process of socialization as it is an assimilation of knowledge. once you learn the rules you can break them again. it blows i know but eh!
