Hope you enjoyed the Dots last night.

How was the set list?

A lot of newer stuff, and a little "Casting The Runes," "Andromeda" and "Hellsville" later on. Interesting to see the adaptation of those pieces without horns. Some good noisy guitar instead. They are always great. These last few years with the stripped down lineup are different but don't suffer for it. I still welled up a few times.
Worth it. Good crowd too. Orbit Service did a good opening set too; perfect tour support act for them.

Saturday november 2nd and Sunday the 3rd. Noise from all over ohio.

Of the bigger names, I've got maybes from Giant Claw, Lisa Bella Donna, and Galen Tipton. Still working on Aaron Dilloway (highly doubtful) and Mike Shiflet.

There will be a DJ set by Profligate (formerly Social Junk)

- maybe Whispering Sons with Big Joanie in Rennes or Lorient (, depending on whether I feel confident enough to attend a Guru Guru gig the following day (tinnitus is coming)
- CocoRosie in Rennes (5th april)
But the closest now is a show I'm quite puzzled by:
- Pop Crimes: the Songs of Rowland S. Howard, played by Mick Harvey, JP Shilo, Harry Howard... with extra guest Lydia Lunch. It seems odd to me, weirdly timed. I once met RSH and Lydia Lunch in the same dream, some 30 years ago.

Shit, the Plague in the whole universe got the Sebadoh European tour cancelled...

Damn dude, that's a bummer to hear. :(
