Nah... put on Automatic instead. I'm addicted to that album.

& I'm too lazy to post the cover art again.

Use your imagination, loser.

Automatic is over in a couple of songs. Oh, no! What next?

What does the mood call for?

Maybe it's time for some George Harrison? All Things Must Pass? Or just more JAMC? Help me, people.

Actually, I think I'll go for some Honey's Dead.

gmku 02.28.2012 07:35 PM

Fortunately Honey's Dead is flip side of Automatic home cassette making choice easy.

gmku 02.28.2012 07:43 PM

Anyway, I vowed to listen to just JAMC for a couple of weeks. I need to stick to the plan.

it's not their best. i'd start at the beginning. my favourite is actually their 2nd album which most people seem to hate!

gmku 02.29.2012 07:41 AM

Saw that the other day, wondered how it is. I've read bad reviews.

I don't think it's really bad, I quite like a couple of the tracks....

Pookie 02.29.2012 08:50 AM

Lovely Gram Parsons singing his lovely songs with his lovely voice.

brother and sister love. how nice.

gmku 02.29.2012 10:20 PM

just kidding. I can't get into them myself without thinking that I'm only getting into it in an ironic sort of way. And I hate that hipster ironic way.

But if you really like them and not in just an ironic way, then good.

pokkeherrie 03.01.2012 10:54 AM

^I was gonna ask you what you thought of the new Gala Drop earlier on, but you deleted that post.

I'm listening to Koolaid (Global Tyrrany) as recommended by blunderbuss a while ago. Like it.

I like NNCK even though I have only one thing by them. I always check for their LPs though--never any luck.

Yes, they do. I just can't stand listening to them. I really can't. On the other hand, I love Sonic Youth's cover of Superstar. It may be like how some people (I'm not among them) like Dylan's songs but don't like how he sings them.

If can find it, pick up her bootleg from 78, I Never Spoke to Bob Dylan. It's great.
