Mine is Thurston Moore. I like the other three too, particularly Kim Gordon and Lee Ranaldo, but Moore is the one who I've found consistently entertaining and informative throughout the years.

This is not a thread about the best this or best that, so, if you can, don't turn it into the usual stupid arguments that don't bring anything into anyone's life. Poll attached. Bye.

i've not seen/heard/read that many interviews to be honest.
In the ones i have read Kim seems really bored (or too cool), Lee seems very serious and Steve comes acros really excited. I'll have to hunt down a Thurston interview

Thurston interviews aren't to be missed, ever. He's also an outstanding
subject whether one-on-one or with others in the group. While he has
mellowed out from his 1980s/early 90s heyday where every other sentence was either bullshit or exaggeration for effect, he still has the most
quotables of any SY'er.

Kim can be incredibly sharp in interviews; ideally, Julie Cafritz should
always ask the questions (see Venus mag, 2002 cover story).

Lee I've always thought more entertaining when it's a group interview.
And Steve, well, it's a rarity, but it's a treat.
