A Hawk And A Hacksaw
 

Anybody else heard of them? I just recently found out about them, and they are awesome.

Yeah, I played them on my radio show a couple weeks ago. So far, I'm feel "good" more than "great", but I may need to let them set in a bit more. Sure get raved about in the Wire.

I've seen them a couple of times. Once they were very good and once they were great. When they were great was when they were playing with the Hun Hungar Ensemble. They started the show from outside and came into the venue in a procession, wearing masks, banging drums and twirling a football rattle. It was ace.

Yeah, i own the self-titled album, and it's a fantastic record.

i just realized i've been reading their name as "hack and a hacksaw" for forever. love them.
