SY was great in Lawrence, glad to hear they found a good Bowling Alley to kill time. Kim was the most electric Ive ever seen her. Awesome show!!

Wow! What a fantastic show!!! SY fuckin rocked!! I got there late and missed Awesome Color, which I am really bummed about. It sucked having to work till 5, then having to drive 3 1/2 hours to get there. Oh well. But SY completely blew me away!! They did an amazing job. I even got to play Thurston's guitar briefly when he lowered it into the crowd. What a wonderful night!!

I didn't write down the setlist so these will probably be out of order, but here is what I remember them playing. They didn't play anything that already hasn't been played at other shows.

I didn't catch the name of the new guy playing bass.

Show was fucking tight. Toked some hundred dollar grass,drank some whiskey and cokes, and sank into the floor as our souls were overtaken by a glorious sonic barrage. And that was just Mote.

this show was amazing! i have quite a few pictures and video clips i took that i will try to post up soon as well. the new songs sounded fantastic live. highlights were (of course) mote (!) and shaking hell (!!!). and the sound was perfect at this venue.
