I hear ya. I think my least favorite is Dirty but I still love the shit out of Dirty. It's just that it's like nap time compared to Sister, Bad Moon, ATL, DN etc. so if I had to pick a least favorite, Dirty would be it. But the album is still so much better than most '90s rock it's ridiculous.

Dirty is also my love ones. It was third SY-record I heard. But it was the first I heard right after it´s released. Experimental was the first I bought right after it´s released. I was very disappointed to it at first, but learned to love also it during these years.

All Bad Brains albums are just so great, my favourite is Rock For Light.

Just listened their latest Into the Future (from spotify) and found it really great, even much better than I thought (I think I listened it just a little when it came 2012). Going to listen also their other later albums.

I love their reggae also! I never been a big reggae-fan (of course Bob Marley´s great), there are not many reggae albums I really like to listen as a whole. But in those Bad Brains albums it´s so great to have those groovy reggaes somewhere in the middle of the albums!

Just noticed there exists Black Dots-album, which has their demos from 1979 (recorded from Inner Ear studios!). There are of course many same songs as are in their first and Rock For light, but also some there are not (You´re Migraine sounds nice). Have to listen that also.

I'm with you on both of these. I've never ventured further backward into the T-Rex timeline than A Beard of Stars, but I really don't know if I'd be interested in the folky acoustic pre-name shortening material. ABOS feels like the origin point of T. Rex, even though it was technically still Tyrannosaurs Rex.

Re: Ghost of Tom Joad was one of the first Springsteen albums I remember really getting into. Part of what drew me to it was how starkly it contrasted albums like Tunnel Of Love and Born in the USA, and how much it seemed to piss off E-Street Band fans. No Glory Days here, bubs.

I am really going to listen also those earlier Tyranno-albums. I think you´re familiar with Nebraska? Just noticed Devils & Dust is also acoustic album, going to listen it too. Never liked Born in the Usa and after that stuff except Tom Joad.

Funkadelic first album. Really love that space funk! Reminds me Dr. John albums of the same time.

One Nation, Maggot Brain and also Uncle Jam Wants You are hell of a records, even I am not sure how serious Clinton was when making Uncle Jam...I love it anyway. I got Dance To the Music and Fresh from Sly Stone, love them both, really have to listen more from Funkadelic & also Family Stone.

Maggot Brain is goddamn brilliant.

I was really suprised this their new album atracts me as much as their old albums (haven´t heard any of their albums after Technique). There are few great suprises: Nothing But a Fool sounded in some places SY/Thurston in Demolished-album. Iggy Pop in Stray Dog makes me shiver! 7-page Saville graphig-booklet & clear vinyls are also just fantastic!
