all the nevermind anniversary stuff has put new(well...) nirvana product on shelves recently so i'm guessing they're going to wait a few years before finally unveiling some rough one minute cover

Oh! So it's like Jimi and his very unique album he was working on, Black Gold.

Somewhere i heard a cover version of Do Re Mi and it sounded a lot like an R.E.M. song with mills-stipe interplay on the vocals and then i looked back at the title and i was like...oh! maybe Do Re Mi was going to be for his collaboration with Michael Stipe.

Well, she sold off the right's to the vast majority of Nirv's catalog a few years ago. I figured she hung on to some of the rarities/etc in case she ever runs for broke...which, if I'm not mistaken, has happened before. It might take a long time, but I'd put my money on this stuff seeing eventual release.
