Do you have to be a stoner to appreciate reggae?

No! I know many a people w/ distinguished musical backgrounds who study reggae, & the culture behind it.

Reggae is under the monsoon known as the Marley family, so many don't know of the GREAT reggae artists that have been around.

Just giving you crap. Neg rep me for that remark, if you want. I probably deserve it.

That's not necessary, just passion getting the better of me. & it does anger me that there are so many Marley's who get all the attention from the true reggae inspiartions...Joe Gibbs, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Peter Tosh, etc., etc. Granted Robert Nesta was in the greatest of all reggae groups, The Wailers, but that does not mean he deserves all the credit.

I forgot how good it was. but its sad.

makes me want to live in Portland 15 years ago so bad!

I'm making a run through the entire discography before Friday.

did anyone else listen to lots of psyche music due to massive quanities of pot smoked for the stupid lame ass 16 year old pothead fake holiday known as 4/20? im quite the hypocrite because i know i did.

I got the cd on sst , 5 tracks , I hesitate to buy the repress for the live and bonus tracks.

The live tracks are worth it just for the sounds of early live SY. Nothing too great. At least it finally told us what "Destroyer" was.
