It's a fine LP. 'Cut Up', 'Capital Letters' and 'Happy' are probably my favourite tracks.

The name wasn't original - it was taken from the title of an episode of The Goon Show. It's still a cool name.

Forged with standard rock instruments, the Ned's sound is even more salient because of the dual bass guitar lineup which provides jolting cross-melodies like no other. A constant barrage of dirty guitar scratches across the surface with flange and wah-wah providing spongy effects.

Deerhoof's Halfbird. I forgot how much fun this album is.
