last.fm has got a new site and it's sucks
 

are their still last.fm'ers here?
I'm incredibly pissed off at their new site. Forcing a beta design on all their clients, and then leaving them without any decent functionality until whenever they find time to finish their work? Without any backup to the old design?

what a total fuckoffs!


I can't find any events anymore! So if anyone lives in Paris, please let me know if there's anything interesting going on next week September 1 until September 3.

I still use it! I haven't gone on it in a while...but the Events function is something I definitely depended on. Wow...that's unfortunate.

Yup, it blows.

I stopped using it once I got Amazon Prime Music.

I don't like the new version at all. I used last.fm to keep track of all the gigs I attend as it's easy to forget I'm supposed to be somewhere!

yeah, it's got the functionality of a piss-soaked piece of bread. not only that but it doesn't scrobble my devices anymore and the charts are all whacked out. fuuuuuck

What happened to all the specialized groups? I can't find / search them on the new site......

"I really dislike the new version, looks awful" - said anyone on the Internet about any website that has ever dared to step up to another version.
pretty certain in 2 months we'll all be used to it.

I think some functions are still offline, but they've said they'll roll everything live back again in the end. Journals are another function that's missing so far

it's been like this for two weeks if not longer.
Like Stu, last.fm is my agenda for concerts, I have no idea whether I have missed any shows. And besides that, I'm trying to sell a passepartout for Incubate thru last.fm, if noone reads those comments anymore or even has access to them, how am I supposed to sell the ticket then??

I like last.fm, since I'm a sucker for statistics, numbers and charts and I like to peek at what my friends listen to.
But the new design is truly horrible.
