Ferserious. Black Sails does have some good stuff, but it also marked the beginning of their singing about cutting themselves nonsense. But they definitely lost me with Art of Drowning, especially with that song with the awful techno beat and the Beetle Juice quote. Your life is one big dark room? Really?

I kinda agree with Nico on Chelsea Girls - the orchestration is really overbearing at times. It could have benefited from a subtler approach. Great album anyway.
