I am actually having a more mixed reaction that I was expecting. It's great, or course, but I was thinking it would be better than Bastard. At this point, I'm not convinced that's the case. I still can't stop playing the thing.

"IFHY" was the best music video i've seen in years. Tyler has improved so much as a director as well as a producer. he is so talented, i just wish he realized how to sequence an album cuz Wolf had some incredible moments but it's generally a chore to listen to the whole way through.

Don't burn me alive or anything, but as much as I love Tyler and OF, I am starting to think the whole "Tyler = RZA/OF = Wu-Tang" comparison, which is friggin everywhere these days, is not the most accurate comparison

The similarities stop for me after "hip hop collective" and "leader of hip hop collective." Their influence seems to come from a different side of hip hop altogether.

surprisingly I'm enjoying this. I was 11 when silent shout came out and it was all over rage (which is this previously awesome late-night music show in aus) and I ldownloaded pass this on off limewire, chucked it on my green ipod mini (RIP babe) and listened to it for ages. I listened to silent shout when tomorrow, in a year came out and they both held up really well, but for me there is no doubt that this record completely shits on both of those. the amount of scope on this is completely unprecedented. I hope to christ they can save pop music because I can't think of anyone else who can.
