I would imagine that no matter at what age, it would be difficult having a baby, if only because babies are so damn ugly.

18 is pretty young to have a baby and keep it but it's not impossible :) My best friend's mom had her at 18.

All newborns look like shriveled up old men. They grow out of it, of course, but honestly kids aren't much better.
