Mainly Demon Fuzz and Wilco (although only really A Ghost is Born by them at the moment). Oh and actually SY blew mind mind again for the 100,000th time with a particularly enlightening rediscovery of 1,000 Leaves...

I'm really loving the album When the Air Is Bright They Shine, by Moutaineer.
And Dick Dale is getting good rotation, as is Man Or Astro-Man, thanks to Atsonicpark.

Elliott Smith, Pitchfork, This Heat

yes. this has happened to me too. I've been all over that fucking album.

The Knife and Mew. I just saw Fever Ray, and it was literally the most badass show I've ever been to ever.

Also, I'm getting sucked into the Kings of Leon thing. I was hesitant at first, but I'm listening to them more and more.

I've been digging WWW lately. An insane alternative/industrial hip-hop band from Czech Republic. Great lyrics, too (in Czech language, so for most of you not decipherable)

Anyways, you can get it here.

Oh also, seriously people, THIERRY MULLER!!!. Also known as Ilitch and Ruth, among other things. So deeply into his Rare & Unreleased 1974-1984 disc right now, which sadly seems to be the only readily available disc of his "classic" recording. Everyone needs to check it out. All of it is so amazing. Runs from like these crazy early 70s krautrocky synth drones to like proto-Deerhoof synth punk recorded in 1978, to totally blissed out looping tinny electro jams. Quickly becoming one of my all time top "lost figures". Not yet heard any of his recent stuff, but need to do so.

Check out:

Track: Mescalito

Track: Breaking Point

Love love love!
