Fugazi albumsssssss poll

Probably been one, I don't know, I don't care either.

Don't worry about it if you're not into them.

Put it up!

This is a difficult one for me.
Since 13 Songs is really Fugazi and Margin Walker eps, and not an album release, I suppose I'll go with In On the Kill Taker.
The Argument and Repeater are especially good Fugazi too, but then again, they all are good in some respect. As I mentioned, this was difficult. Maybe because I'm not a really big fan in the sense that I listen to them all the time still, but I like the band a good bit too and have all their stuff and a few bootlegs to boot.

Wow, the results are really spread out so far with all albums having one vote each except for the Instrument soundtrack which has no votes. Okay, I'm stating the obvious, but still, this is not something you see all that much of...

Repeater! They're all class though..

Norma J 05.26.2007 02:22 AM

I voted End Hits as that was what I was listening to at the time I voted, but it's not necessarly my favourite. The layers and arrangements on End Hits is pretty cool - it's a pretty unique Fugazi album.

_slavo_ 05.26.2007 02:29 AM

Red Medicine for me.

Gulasch Noir 05.26.2007 03:48 AM

The only album I like by Fugazi is End Hits. Actually I'm a bit surprised that it got the most votes so far. And yeah, I think i have it on grey vinyl. Don't think that's anything special though. I also have a 12" with waiting room on it, but I don't listen often to that one. I should sell it, but it doesn't get very high on e-bay.

jimbrim 05.26.2007 06:39 AM

defiently repeater

sonic sphere 05.26.2007 10:39 AM

steady diet of nothing

Pax Americana 05.26.2007 11:03 AM

Red Medicine is the album that really made me love Fugazi, so that's what i voted for. Lately though I've been listening to 13 Songs and Steady Diet of Nothing a lot.

LittlePuppetBoy 05.26.2007 11:28 AM

I only own the Instrument soundtrack

oh, and ENDHITS.

it's between kill taker and repeater. i voted kill taker.

althought minor threat, rites of spring, decahedron and embrace were way better than fugazi.

CHOUT 05.26.2007 02:05 PM

In on the kill taker

I voted Red Medicine as it's a 3 way tie for me with 13 Songs and Repeater, and I thought Red Medicine would need the extra vote. Surprise, surprise, it's in the lead. Great album, very post-Sonic Youth/Unwound influences though in a total Fugazi way. They broke their own mould with it, and I always appreciate when a band can pull that off.

Norma J 05.26.2007 05:49 PM

I don't think, although I could be wrong, that Fugazi have or would ever be influenced by Sonic Youth.

Agreed.

atsonicpark 05.26.2007 10:22 PM

i always thought the argument was their best.

pbradley 05.26.2007 10:25 PM

It's hard for me to get past my first purchase of theirs, Repeater.
