I thing "Shake that arse" sounds much better.
I agree to the rest.

cuetzpalin 09.29.2006 03:30 AM

ass is the best

fishmonkey 09.29.2006 03:42 AM

arse, to be sure.

porkmarras 09.29.2006 03:43 AM

Arse but i like ass too.

sonicl 09.29.2006 03:52 AM

I can't choose. Sometimes a quick under the breath "asshole!" is good, sometimes a long drawn out "arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrse hoooooooooooooooooooole!" works better.

Norma J 09.29.2006 04:02 AM

It's not a matter of cool spelling or pronounciation like 'sk8ter' or some shit, it's how certain countries spell the actual word. In Australia if you were to spell it 'ass' in an english test, you'd be incorrect.

Obvious? I hope so.

CHOUT 09.29.2006 04:05 AM

fuckin' ass n' shit.

Tokolosh 09.29.2006 04:08 AM

ARSE!
of course

raging_nelly 09.29.2006 05:19 AM

My vote tipped the poll!

Arse all the way!

Glice 09.29.2006 07:16 AM

Definitely arse. Except if you're talking about gettin' some, in which case it's ass. But far and away the most correct use is arse.

h8kurdt 09.29.2006 08:30 AM

I say ass when using it in the "Shes got a pert ass" but I use arse when saying arsehole. So now you know.

Savage Clone 09.29.2006 08:52 AM

I live in America.
If I said "arse" I would sound ridiculous.
"Ass" is the only option for me.

porkmarras 09.29.2006 09:15 AM

There are a few american expressions that you hear kids using in London.Damn it ,for example,, is popular as well as dude and the occasional ass.

sonicl 09.29.2006 09:25 AM

In the UK, the fully pronounced "arse" is a word that you would only expect to hear come from the mouths of the upper-middle and upper classes these days. Imagine Prince Charles saying "ass" and then "arse", and see what I mean.

I'm more likely to use the word "bum" myself.

Washing Machine 09.29.2006 02:33 PM

Without a doubt 'Arse', gotta love the arastrocracy lol...I love wonderfully british expressions (but then again I love the word 'Dude'...best word to ever come out of the US), even though I'm from Cardiff, I'm often told I sound like I'm from Cambridge...I have no idea how that came to be, I've never tryed to affect any accent.

Sheriff Rhys Chatham 09.29.2006 02:43 PM

ass!
