Well I WAS going to go see Iron Maiden, but it seems like all my friends are too cool to join me, and are going to be seeing 'alternative rock' groups instead. I was gonna go see Avril as well, but her last album was so shit I backed out. She needs to do one of those Don't Look Back style shows where she can play the whole of Let Go. I'd be uncontrollable in that scenario. Lighter aloft for 'I'm With You', the whole kaboodle.

In your face. I took the plunge this evening and her new record makes SO MUCH MORE sense live than on record. And she's got an absolutely RIDICULOUSLY amazing voice. It made me realise that the reason most 'punk' people/ bands hate her is that she's got such an utterly, riciculously fantastic voice. Seriously, I've not seen a better voice live.
