i was thinking today while im playing out all my SY albums to keep me sane during revision how i would rank them in order i expect this has been done mulitple times buy heres my order

i dont have the EP or NYC ghosts.. yet

good thoughts man, thats the glory of SY, so many albums and the different albums will appeal to different people, prob not a good idea to have em on while you revise though... tsk tsk.

i had an SYR on full blast one day and my Dad came in the room and thought i was fuckin mad to be listening to it. he said he "worked in a factory for 8 years beside a machine that sound like that!"

i go crazy if i dont revise with music, absolutely mad haha

what SYRs does everyone recommend as a good start?

does anyone have any idea is SY will be making an appearance in the UK soon i know ATP but im hoping something cheaper and before december

It's true that Dirty isn't very popular with the fans isn't it? It was my 'gateway' SY album, back in the day... But now I can see how 'different' it is from Sister and Daydream Nation.

Dirty is a great thing ti have in the SY canon - a thumping rock record with plenty of feedback and noise - it's so much fun!
