It's great for giving feedback some nasty crunch. Mine's broken.

listen to it at about 3.00, thats her making all the marvelous 'sucking' in feedback. ofcourse with all other pedals turned on.

drrrtyboots 02.26.2007 07:59 PM

mine's broken too :( but moho mods told they'd be happy to repair it under warranty so i have high hopes for her.

Don't buy it. Go with the fender blender instead. It's better. The bluebox is monophonic

The Fender blender is an octave up, while the Blue Box is two octaves down...totally different sounds. Just ditched my Fender Blender...save some money and get a Dano French Toast instead (instead of a Fender Blender that is)...

I never get sick of the Blue Box! Great for guitar and other instruments with a low output

You still have your blue box CHOUT?

Yep, don't use it much, but it's fun. It's gonna have a cameo on our album.

king_buzzo 02.27.2007 04:55 AM

sell it to me, then i'd have 2. hmm i wonder what that would be like.

whorefrost 02.27.2007 08:34 AM

can the volume drop not be solved by a modification? that's what my pal did to his.

king_buzzo 02.27.2007 09:23 AM

yeah, but then you loose the 2nd octave.

the volume drop doesnt matter to me. with muff it sounds great, i made a demo, gonna upload it soon

Inhuman 02.27.2007 09:26 AM

I did this to mine, and like it more. All you do is clip a capacitor - simple.

You don't lose the second octave. It just sounds slightly brighter.
