Islands - Return to the Sea
 

Hey, I just wanted to get people's opinions on this album. I haven't been able to get it off soulseek yet, so I want to know what I'm missing.

For those of you who don't know, the Islands are comprised of ex-members of the Unicorns, who put out the best pop album of the decade thusfar.

The Islands album is amazing imo.
So many different styles crammed into the songs. Arrangements are tight. Looks to be one of my faves of the year.

I ordered it off of amazon and haven't gotten it. I'm fairly excited. The Unicorns prawned.

I picked up the cd last week never hearing anything by the Unicorns, or any snippets from this album either...just on word of mouth, and it is fantastic.

its a pretty good album. have u heard of Band of Horses. theyre a sub pop band. they released an album recetly, and its really good as well.
