It's been a number of years,and I have to say this isn't holding up like I thought it would, considering how much I liked it at the time. Not holding up well at all.

That's exactly how I felt when I last listened to Orange.

At the time it was a revelation; I thought it was an amazing record.

I don't know about metal; my copy does have a silver foil cover though...

all day I've been listening to MF Doom related projects; Dangerdoom, Madvillain, MF Doom albums, Viktor Vaughn as the Vaudeville Villain... love him.


About to pop on the new KMFDM, has anyone heard anything about it?

he's pretty awesome. I like the supervillain persona quite a bit. It's very fun and gives his albums a charming style of camp to them.

Mine was silver foil. I don't remember an orange foil sleeve.

Fine album thats take you to an era.

Surely for you that is the appeal.

I wasn't being a grouch. There are some bands who I hate (pick a name out of the air: Pixies), but I completely understand the appeal. And then there are bands who I don't hate at all (Happy Mondays, let's say), but whose appeal I just cannot see.
