Yesterday I listened to:
and today while stoned with my firend I listened to: |
Some brand new Ramleh tracks on their MySpace page - they're sounding totally killer. Can't wait to see them soon (I think they're playing in London in October).
|
Not as good as Ultimate Destroyer. |
pumice - the only doosh worth giving
|
Lair of the Minotaur is the most badass band ever. And I don't even like that kind of music.
I'm excited for them to release a new CD just so I can see what it's called. "Bloodthirsty Ultraviolent Rampage of Brutal Death"? |
|
|
The new Santogold album again - I'm really liking this.

Anyone who doesn't like "Love You Inside Out" has serious problems. |
Go away, beegees are behind poison for my least favorite band of all time.
I hate them, barry gibb's creepy ass needs to go away. |
Blasphemy! The Bee Gees may not be included in the same sentence as P****n.
Their pre-1975 stuff is pretty much Elton John meets the Beatles. |
I just really can't stand 70's disco...
|
Understandable. I'm just exaggerating.
But seriously, their first album (I think it's just called Bee Gees 1st or something) sounds exactly like the Beatles. Even the voice. It's freaky. The disco stuff wasn't til way later, but I like that too. "In My Own Time" and "New York Mining Disaster" especially. |

I love the Melvins version of that song.

The Who - Live at Leeds
Meant to play Wire - Pink Flag. I mislabeled the tape, so the Who side is label as the Wire side and vice versa. Flipping over and commencing Pink Flag... NOW! |
Quote:
have you mislabeled any other tapes you could tell us about? |
Not that I can think of. It was a perfectly innocent mistake. I was taping albums, taped these two LPs, made up the labels, and forgot which side was which.
|
and the end result was a mislabeled tape
when we gonna have that beer gumk i wanna see your tapes |
