also, the new kevin drumm double disc, imperial distortion, is phenomenal. i picked it up the other day and have been listening to it non stop, its his best since sheer hellish miasma. it has just as much noise, drone, and improv sounds as his heaviest works, burt also has honest to god beautiful melodies on there. easily in my top three best of this year, with kayo dot and secret chiefs 3.
